  11. The Bill of Rights and their ratification
  12. Loose versus strict interpretation of the Constitution
  13. Which points in Hamilton’s economic program were most controversial and why
  14. The impact of the French Revolution on American politics
  15. What principal issues divided Federalists and Republicans in the election of 1800 (Fed. v. Dem. Rep)
  16. Significance of Alien and Sedition Acts and idea of Nullification
